Job Description
Outpatient Mental Health Therapist, Part-Time Be a part of a national movement to end the stigma, fill the gaps, and bring greater innovation to mental health! We are so excited to bring Ellie Mental Health to Greeley, CO and Northern Colorado. We are looking for passionate and creative licensed or licensed candidate therapists to join our team! Part-time would be considered seeing between 10 and 20 clients weekly. These hours can flexibly schedule to meet caseload. What We Have to Offer (based on part-time status) Competitive compensation (hourly base pay plus commission) Flexible scheduling Paid Time-Off Paid supervision, case consultation, and documentation time Reimbursement for clinical license renewal Independence in a tight-knit, supportive, and transparent team environment Commitment to promoting work/life balance Credentialing completed by Ellie's contract and credentialing team Community Engagement Opportunities Additional earning opportunities Responsibilities include: Evaluate mental health diagnosis, create, and implement a treatment plan, complete ongoing documentation including further diagnosis, treatment plan reviews, and case notes according to company policy Provide excellent customer service for clients and collaborate with a dynamic team to further the mission of filling gaps in our community Utilize creativity in interventions to help clients achieve and exceed goals Prepare and submit individual documentation for each session per company guidelines and protocol Coordinate services with case managers, families, work personnel, medical personnel, other Ellie staff, and school staff as needed Attend and participate in all clinical staff meetings and trainings Contribute to a thriving team culture Other stuff we probably forgot to add but just as meaningful and important to your role ;)
