Job Description
Full Time (non eating disorder) therapist with benefits Full Time (eating disorder) therapist with benefits Please see below for what we offer: •Full time ED therapist•: Therapist willing to see around 23-25 clients a week. Prefer a fully licensed clinician but will consider an associate for the right fit. Must be comfortable working with clients with eating disorders as you would be working with our ED program. NP/PAs are in office for easy collaboration and you will work closely with the dietitians that we utilize. Ages 18+. You obviously can see clients with other primary concerns as well. We always allow our therapists to chose who they work with and the type of client that they feel comfortable with. Historically, with all the therapists we have hired in the last several years, we have them with a full caseload within 3 months!! Numbers fluctuate some, but all of our therapists that maintained 20+ clients on average made between $70-$100,000 last year as we have negotiated some higher rates than others and we pay for no shows that we collect. We take care of everything for you…Paperwork, scheduling, billing etc. You can work the schedule you want as long as you see the amount of people you need. Telehealth and/or in person.
What you get:
Paid based on % collected and that rate is 60%Health and dental insurance (company pays 75%) and its a good BCBS planDisability short term and life insurance (company pays 50%)STD includes pregnancy!!2 weeks off year one and increases to 3 weeks at a year.
Paid holidays$500 CEUWe pay for 2 licensure renewal per year.
Malpractice insuranceSupervision if needed for A •Full time W2 Non-ED therapist•Same as above, minus the ED clients/working with our ED program. You will choose your primary type of client you would like to see and we would place clients with you based on your choices. We need someone that feels comfortable working with some of the following concerns- trauma, life changes, identity exploration, grief, anxiety, depression,ADHD, ASD. Adults only. You can pick your schedule. In office and telehealth required.
