Job Description

Are you a bilingual Spanish/English therapist passionate about serving the Hispanic community? Denver Latino Counseling, LLC is seeking a part-time bilingual Spanish-speaking therapist to join our practice as an independent contractor (1099). We are a growing practice committed to providing culturally competent mental health services to children, and couples in the Denver metro area. We are currently especially interested in clinicians who have experience or a strong interest in working with children and/or couples.
Position Highlights:
Part-time independent contractor (1099) positi on with flexible scheduling Provide therapy to children, teens, adults, and couples, with emphasis on children and/or couples Supportive supervision and consultation provided regularly Availability to maintain approximately 10 to 20 client sessions per week Administrative tasks (billing, referrals) handled by the practice Remote and in-person options available
Requirements:
Must be fully bilingual in Spanish and English Master's degree in counseling, social work, marriage and family therapy, or related field Licensed Practitioner, LPC, LCSW, LMFT or other applicable license preferred Registered with DORA (Colorado Department of Regulatory Agencies) Strong clinical skills and cultural competence Experience working with Latino/a clients is a plus Responsibilities Provide bilingual psychotherapy services to clients, children, teens, adults and couples, with a current emphasis on children and/or couples Conduct comprehensive patient assessments and develop individualized treatment plans. Maintain accurate medical documentation in compliance with HIPAA regulations. Ensure holistic patient care, particularly for children and families.

Part-time Pay:
$75.00 - $85.00 per hour Expected hours: 10.0 - 20.0 per week
