We provide high-quality psychotherapy services to children, adolescents, and adults across a wide range of presenting concerns. We are a clinician-led practice focused on ethical, client-centered care, professional autonomy, and sustainable clinical work. Our environment supports depth of practice, independence, and long-term clinician wellbeing. In this role, you will provide individual psychotherapy in both in-person and telehealth settings. Responsibilities include clinical intake assessments, diagnostic evaluation, treatment planning, and ongoing therapy grounded in your clinical expertise and professional judgment. Clinicians work with clients presenting with anxiety, depression, trauma, grief, life transitions, and relational challenges. This role also includes timely clinical documentation in accordance with HIPAA standards and collaboration with the practice as needed to support continuity of care. We are seeking a fully licensed clinician in New Jersey with strong independent outpatient experience. Ideal candidates are confident managing a caseload autonomously and bring strong clinical judgment, professionalism, and a well-developed therapeutic approach. This position offers a flexible schedule, significant clinical autonomy, and a supportive, collegial group practice environment. Meadowbrook Wellness values clinical excellence, professionalism, and sustainable practice for providers. Scheduling is based on client need and typically includes a mix of daytime and evening availability.
