We are currently seeking two (2) part-time Licensed Therapists or Residents to join our clinical team. We are looking for compassionate, dependable, and motivated mental health professionals who are passionate about providing quality care to children, adolescents, and adults . This is a hybrid position , providing a combination of virtual and in-person services. Who We're Looking For We welcome applications from: Licensed Professional Counselors (LPC) Licensed Marriage and Family Therapists (LMFT) Licensed Clinical Social Workers (LCSW) Residents in Counseling Other independently licensed or license-eligible mental health professionals whose credentials align with the services provided by our practice Availability We are currently looking to expand our clinical availability during: Weekdays Evenings Weekends Candidates are not required to be available during every time period; however, they must have consistent availability during one or more of these areas . Consistency is essential. Candidates selected for an interview will be asked to provide a specific weekly schedule, including days and hours, that they can commit to and consistently maintain if hired. Qualifications Master's degree in Counseling, Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, or a related behavioral health field Currently licensed in Virginia or appropriately approved/eligible for residency toward Virginia licensure Ability and willingness to work with children and adults Consistent weekday, evening, and/or weekend availability Ability to maintain an agreed-upon part-time caseload and schedule Strong clinical documentation, communication, and organizational skills Comfortable providing both virtual and in-person services Commitment to ethical, culturally responsive, and client-centered care Ability to work independently while collaborating with a clinical and administrative team Preferred Experience The following are a bonus and highly desired : Play therapy experience or training Trauma-focused therapy experience or training Experience working with children and adolescents Experience facilitating therapy or psychoeducational groups Bilingual Experience with anxiety, depression, grief, substance use, maternal mental health, family, or relationship concerns Experience or interest in faith-integrated counseling when requested by clients Responsibilities Provide individual therapy to children, adolescents, and adults Complete clinical assessments, diagnoses, treatment plans, progress notes, and other required documentation Maintain a consistent weekly schedule and agreed-upon caseload Participate in clinical supervision, when applicable Participate in required team meetings and trainings Collaborate with administrative and clinical team members Communicate professionally and promptly Maintain appropriate professional boundaries Adhere to HIPAA, ethical standards, Virginia licensing requirements, and practice policies Participate in group therapy opportunities as available
