Job Description
For the Culture Therapy, Inc. is excited to offer a role that centers the needs of both client and clinician. We specialize in evidence-based, results-oriented therapy and believe deeply in supporting both clients and clinicians in building sustainable, fulfilling careers. In addition to clinical excellence, our practice is intentionally designed to support therapists who want more autonomy, confidence, and long-term ownership in their work. About the Opportunity This position is ideal for a licensed or license-eligible therapist who currently holds a full-time role (or another primary position) and is thoughtfully planning a transition into private practice within the next year. This is a structured, part-time role that combines: Paid clinical work (hourly / per-session compensation) A supportive caseload And intentional, hands-on mentorship in building your own future private practice, in addition to a flexible caseload on your own schedule, you will receive guided support on: Private practice setup and structure Credentialing and insurance paneling Developing systems and SOPs Clarifying and niching your clinical focus Ethical and effective marketing and advertising Responsibilities Provide high-quality outpatient therapy services to assigned clients Maintain timely and ethical documentation Participate in structured mentorship, training, and consultation Engage in learning related to practice-building and professional development Uphold the mission, values, and culture of For the Culture Therapy, Inc.
