We are looking for clinicians that have experience working with children ages 5 and over. Opportunity to work with older children and adolescents may also be available. We are looking for clinicians that have the experience to practice with autonomy and are adept at identifying and practicing the evidence-based treatments that are best suited to helping each client . Our clinicians are committed to using professional development to improve their craft and practice by engaging in regular consultation groups and evidence-based continuing education trainings. Requirements Three (3) years experience providing therapy (and/or formal psychological assessments) Pennsylvania License (Psychologist, LPC, LMFT, or LCSW) before starting (interview process can be initiated beforehand) Ability to schedule at least 12 appointments on the weekends Ideal candidates will have: Experience in outpatient settings Preference working with ages 5-11 A strong background with children, adolescents, families and/or adults Flexibility to work some evenings and/or weekends The ability to work independently and as part of a team Current credentialing with major insurers in the area (a plus but not a necessity) Black, Indigenous and People of Color strongly encouraged to apply Spanish-fluency is a plus Please check out our website to get a feel for our practice: www.
