We're looking for a grounded, compassionate, and trauma trained Licensed Therapist who wants to grow clinically while doing work that truly matters. Florida Licensed Therapist:

LMHC, RMHCI, LCSW

• EMDR trained OR willing to complete training within first couple of months Interested in trauma and attachment-focused work Professional, organized, and clinically present Open to feedback and committed to growth Comfortable with telehealth platforms and EHR's (Google Workspace, Jane App a plus) Evening and/or weekend availability strongly preferred What We Offer $60 - $100 per hour Supportive, collegial, and drama-free culture Flexible scheduling, you choose your availability Full administrative support (billing, scheduling, referrals) Steady caseload of trauma-aligned clients No overhead or practice management stress Ready to Apply?
