Full Job Description Job Overview Required Active Alabama License:
LICSW,LMSW, LMFT, or LPC We are seeking one dedicated and compassionate Private Practice Therapists/Clinicians to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing high-quality mental health services to individuals, families, and groups. This is a 1099 position with flexible scheduling, office space/furnishing provided, billing is managed for the clinician, offering a 60/40 split for services rendered. Experience Candidates should have historical experience with private practice setting. Psychotherapy techniques including CBT, DBT, Mindfulness, Trauma-focused, Client-centered and Emotion Focused modalities. Working with individuals and families in community-based or outpatient settings. Crisis management strategies for immediate intervention. Experience working with Electronic Health Records. The successful candidate will demonstrate a commitment to providing compassionate care while fostering a supportive environment for clients from all walks of life. Responsibilities Conduct comprehensive assessments and diagnostic evaluations for clients. Develop individualized treatment plans based on client needs and goals. Provide psychotherapy using various modalities including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), psychodynamic therapy, motivational interviewing, and crisis intervention. Facilitate individual sessions focusing on issues such as grief counseling, PTSD care, addiction counseling, and behavioral management. Maintain accurate documentation including ICD-10 coding in compliance with HIPAA regulations. Utilize telehealth platforms for remote therapy sessions as needed.
