Psychotherapist Position at Rose Hanna Counseling Services Join a Team That Actually Gets It Are you a licensed therapist (or close to it!) who's tired of the corporate therapy grind? Do you light up when clients have those "aha!" moments? We're looking for a compassionate, skilled psychotherapist to join our growing practice in Long Beach, CA. About Us Rose Hanna Counseling Services has been creating judgment-free healing spaces since 2018. We're not your typical therapy mill—we're a tight-knit team of 8 clinicians who genuinely care about our clients AND each other. We specialize in evidence-based therapy for couples navigating relationship challenges, individuals dealing with anxiety and depression, and children who need extra support. Our vibe? Professional but warm. Evidence-based but human. We believe great therapy happens when therapists feel supported, valued, and have the freedom to do their best work. What You'll Do Provide individual, couples, and/or child therapy (depending on your expertise and interest) Use evidence-based approaches to help clients develop real coping strategies Collaborate with a supportive team that celebrates wins and problem-solves challenges together Maintain your caseload while we handle the administrative headaches (because paperwork shouldn't be why you became a therapist, right?) Minimum commitment of 15 client hours per week including at least 2 weeknights or one weeknight and one weekend

Who We're Looking For Required:

LMFT, LCSW, or Psy.

D license in California (or pre-licensed

AMFT/ACSW

with supervision available) Experience and passion for working with couples, individuals with anxiety/depression, or children Commitment to evidence-based practices Someone who values compassion, safety, and creating judgment-free spaces Ability to commit to at least 15 client hours per week including at least 2 weeknights or one weeknight and one weekend

Bonus Points:
