Responsibilities:

• Conduct individual and couples/family therapy sessions for clients with mental health disorders and developmental disabilities.
• Develop and implement treatment plans based on client needs and goals.
• Utilize various therapeutic modalities such as cognitive-behavioral therapy, art therapy, dance therapy, and motivational interviewing.
• Provide crisis intervention and support to clients in need.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive care for clients.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical documentation in compliance with regulatory standards.
• Advocate for clients' rights and provide resources for community support.

Requirements:

• Master's degree in Psychology, Social Work, or related field.
• Valid license or certification as a Psychotherapist or Mental Health Counselor.
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to establish rapport with clients.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
