Psychotherapist (Masters Level)

Seeking Licensed Mental Health Practitioners! Have you ever thought about being self-employed, but the sheer thought is overwhelming and scary? How about a compromise? We are looking for licensed mental health practitioners to join our practice as a contractor! This means that you are self employed! You own your own schedule, work as much or as little as you want, and you are compensated significantly higher than you would for an employee-based position. A generous 85/15 split! Qualifications:

Master's degree required Active IL State License to perform assessment and psychotherapy Prior experience in CBTi preferred, but not mandatory Strong clinical assessment, diagnostic, and therapeutic skills Ability to work independently Highly motivated with excellent communication, interpersonal, and teamwork abilities Use of electronic medical record (EMR) for all documentation in compliance with organizational and regulatory standards

Work Environment:

In-person and telemedicine patient care Set your own schedule to meet the clients' needs Private, furnished offices with waiting room, break room and bathroom

Key Clinical Responsibilities:

Conduct thorough psychological assessment and assign accurate diagnosis Develop tailored treatment plans with appropriate interventions Use evidence-based techniques (such as CBT) to treat mental health disorders and improve patient coping skills Evaluate patient progress over time and adjust treatment plans accordingly. Collaborate with physicians, nurses, other therapists, sleep technicians, and other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care Refer patients for internal and external services as appropriate Maintain detailed, confidential, and accurate patient records in compliance with regulations

Minimum Revenue Generated > $6000 per month required, which is the equivalent of only ~65 hours of Master's Level therapy hours per month.
