Can you only devote 15 to 25 hours a week? Then, this is your opportunity! Ellie Mental Health ("Ellie") Lutherville, Owings Mills, Baltimore is seeking a Part Time Psychologist (PsyD or PhD in clinical psychology) to join our outpatient mental health clinics. The mental health industry is full of barriers, and we've made it our goal to fill the gap and find innovative ways to break down these barriers for the communities we serve. Ellie makes the clinician's experience a priority by offering excellent compensation, training, flexible scheduling (FT/PT), CEU's, and an incredibly inclusive environment. Additionally, Ellie provides centralized administrative support, technology, referral support, scheduling, client/therapist matching, and more. The role will be primarily located in any of our locations, with flexibility for some remote work. We offer a blended service model with in-person and tele-health options.Responsibilities include:
Clinical supervision of pre licensed therapists. Direct clinical services for clients (individuals, families, groups) utilizing evidenced-based modalities to help clients achieve and exceed goals. Provide excellent customer service for clients and collaborate with a dynamic team to further the mission of filling gaps in our community. Attend and participate in all clinical team meetings and trainingsRequired Qualifications and Skills:
Active clinical licensure (PsyD or PhD) in the State of Maryland. Minimum of 5 years of post-licensure experience in psychological assessment and psychotherapy with children, adolescents, adults, and/or families. Minimum of 2 years of post-licensure experience in supervising graduate interns and/or post-doctoral fellows in psychology or related fields. Ability to complete and submit documentation of services and other documents in a timely manner. Benefits Competitive compensation based on hours devoted to Ellie. Flexibility.
