Work Environment This role is designed to be 100% remote, providing you with the flexibility to work from your home or any location that suits you best. We utilize state-of-the-art telehealth technology to facilitate therapy sessions, enabling you to connect with clients seamlessly. Our team values collaboration and communication, focusing on maintaining strong interpersonal connections even in a virtual setting. Key Responsibilities Conduct therapy sessions with clients via telehealth technology, enabling effective engagement and support. Develop individualized treatment plans tailored to each client's specific needs, objectives, and circumstances. Maintain detailed and accurate documentation of client progress in compliance with ethical and legal standards. Provide crisis intervention and emotional support as needed, ensuring clients have the necessary resources during difficult times. Work collaboratively with other professionals to coordinate comprehensive care when required, enhancing client outcomes. Stay current with industry best practices, tools, and methodologies to continuously improve service delivery. Patient Population / Client Focus As a therapist at Intimate Bond, you will serve a diverse range of clients, including couples seeking to improve their relationships, families navigating complex dynamics, and individuals facing a variety of mental health challenges. You will leverage your expertise to foster a safe and nurturing environment where clients can explore their feelings, develop coping strategies, and work toward meaningful change. Qualifications A Master's degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a closely related field is required. Active and valid state licensure as a Marriage and Family Therapist is essential. Demonstrated experience in providing therapy services remotely, preferably through telehealth platforms. Exceptional communication skills with a strong ability to build rapport and trust with clients. Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage time effectively, balancing multiple client needs. Preferred Experience Experience in working with diverse populations and addressing a wide range of family and relational issues. Previous engagement with crisis situations, offering immediate and effective solutions. Familiarity with electronic health records (EHR) systems to maintain client information efficiently. Compensation and Benefits The position offers a competitive salary range of
USD 90,000
to 110,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
