Key Responsibilities Conduct comprehensive assessments to understand clients' mental health challenges, helping to formulate effective, personalized treatment plans. Facilitate individual therapy sessions utilizing various therapeutic modalities tailored to meet the unique needs of each client. Collaboratively create therapeutic goals with clients and regularly monitor progress to ensure the best outcomes. Provide remote therapy services, utilizing our secure online platform to conduct virtual sessions effectively. Maintain accurate and confidential documentation of client interactions, treatment plans, and progress reports to adhere to ethical standards. Engage in ongoing professional development, including attending training and workshops to enhance clinical skills and stay updated with industry trends. Patient Population / Client Focus As an LMFT at Molina Behavioral Health Center, you will work with a diverse client base including individuals struggling with relational conflicts, anxiety, depression, and trauma. Our focus is on fostering an empathetic and nonjudgmental space that encourages clients to openly discuss their experiences. You will be instrumental in guiding clients on their path to recovery, helping them develop coping strategies and resilience. Qualifications Possession of a valid and active state license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT). Completion of a Master's degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a related field. Strong interpersonal and communication skills, enabling the establishment of trusting relationships with clients. Demonstrated empathy and understanding towards clients' challenges, maintaining a nonjudgmental approach. Effective organizational skills to manage caseloads and administrative duties efficiently. Preferred Experience Experience working with clients from varied backgrounds and with diverse mental health needs. Familiarity with teletherapy practices and platforms is highly desirable. Training or experience in specific therapeutic techniques (e.g., cognitive-behavioral therapy, dialectical behavior therapy). Compensation and Benefits Competitive annual salary ranging from
USD 70,000
