Candidates would join Hope Rebuilt, LLC, a thriving counseling private practice in Tempe, Arizona that provides comprehensive outpatient treatment for adults, adolescents and children. Our practice and our associate clinicians are contracted to serve clients with BCBS, Aetna and United Healthcare/Optum Insurance plans. We are passionate about being able to provide services to clients who otherwise would not be able to afford them at a private pay rate while still being able to competitively compensate our team. All clients will be provided to the clinician and billing is completed by the practice. Maraeca Butler, MC, LPC and Laura Churchill, MC, LPC are co-owners and lead therapists at Hope Rebuilt, LLC. They each have over a decade of experience in the field and have been managing the practice since 2015. They are eager to pass on the knowledge they have learned and help support and assist the clinical growth of team members. Individual Supervision and bi-weekly Group Supervision is provided by either Maraeca Butler or Laura Churchill who are both Board Approved Clinical Supervisors at no additional cost.

Job Details:

1099 Contract Employment Remote and on-site services Case load of clients that are in your specialized scope of practice- options for 15-25 direct client hours per week Complete Intake Assessments, Ongoing Counseling Sessions, Treatment Plans and Discharge Summaries Completion of notes and other required documentation within 24 hours of completion of session in EHR (Simple Practice) Willingness to work at least one evening a week and/or weekends Possess working knowledge of

Requirements:

Licensed Associate Counselor (LAC), Licensed Master Social Worker (LMSW) or license eligible in the State of Arizona Good standing with Arizona Board of Behavioral Health Examiners Master's degree or higher in counseling, social work, marriage and family therapy, correlated field Previous experience in working in individual counseling setting Trauma Informed and holds training or certification in trauma modalities EMDR trained or desire to become trained in the near future is required Must provide own liability insurance

Current CPR & First Aid Certifications Equipment:

Must have a smartphone, computer with web-cam and be comfortable with technology

Compensation & Benefits:

This is an independent contracted (1099) position with growth potential and increased revenue as your caseload grows.
