Job Overview Are you looking for a place to work where you can help others and be authentically yourself? We are absolutely that place! Small and thriving private therapy practice is seeking a passionate and dedicated licensed or prelicensed mental health therapist or clinical social worker. We are open to all therapists with all types of specializations and niches. We are in great need of someone who knows ERP (to treat ocd and anxiety disorders,) gender affirming care, and/or EMDR - however, we strongly encourage all therapists to apply, no matter their background. Our practice can provide supervision for state licensure to an prelicensed clinician. This position could be full or part time. Our private practice hires employees to be part of our work family, not independent contractors. Duties Conduct comprehensive patient assessments to understand each person's unique needs, strengths, and challenges Develop and implement individualized treatment plans utilizing evidence-based therapies. Facilitate individual and family therapy sessions designed to promote emotional regulation, social skills, and coping strategies Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to coordinate care plans and provide guidance on strategies Collect and document clinical data accurately in compliance with HIPAA regulations and medical record standards Perform crisis intervention when necessary, ensuring safety and stability for clients experiencing acute distress or behavioral episodes Engage in ongoing case management activities including intake assessments, progress tracking, and discharge planning
