We are seeking dedicated, full-time and part-time outpatient mental health therapists who want to work in and contribute to a supportive team environment focused on providing excellent care. Therapy Today Counseling & Consulting LLC is a thriving group psychotherapy practice in both East Lansing and Ann Arbor, Michigan. We are committed to meeting the mental health needs of our community and are unique in our efforts to provide same day access to anyone who would like to receive their therapy today. Providing clinical excellence to our clients, superb customer service and a first-class experience for our therapists is our passion. This position requires being in the office full-time in either East Lansing or Ann Arbor. A hybrid option is available to work in the office 75% of the time and work from home the other 25%. Fee split and salary options available for LLC, LPC, LLMSW, and LMSW's. Full time therapists enjoy a competitive salary, bonus opportunities, flexibility in their hours, a case load tailored to their interests and full benefits including 3 weeks of vacation, and health insurance options. Part time employees are also well compensated at their chosen level of participation and enjoy all of the administrative, peer and continuing development support as our full-time therapists. All employees are eligible to participate in our retirement matching after one continuous year of employment. Clinical support and supervision is provided. We provide 16 1/2 hours of required foundational training (CEU's can be earned for most of these trainings) in your first year of employment to best equip you for private practice. Therapist Qualifications/Skills:

Therapist Responsibilities Include:

Establishes positive, trusting rapport with patients. Diagnoses and treats mental health disorders. Creates individualized treatment plans according to patient needs and circumstances. Meets with patients regularly to provide counseling, treatment and adjust treatment plans as necessary. Conducts ongoing assessments of patient progress. Involves and advises family members when appropriate. Refers patients to outside specialists or agencies when necessary. Maintains thorough records of patient meetings and progress. Follows all safety protocols and maintains client confidentiality. Contributes to practice by accomplishing related tasks as needed.

Education, Experience, and Licensing Requirements:
