Job Description

Job Summary We are a small, collaborative, multidisciplinary group practice made up of thoughtful, skilled clinicians who genuinely enjoy working together. Duties Provide individual (and for child role, family/parent-involved) therapy using evidence-based approaches Conduct assessments, develop treatment plans, and maintain timely documentation Manage a consistent caseload with a high degree of independence Collaborate with colleagues for consultation and support when needed Participate in occasional team meetings and case discussions. Experience Licensed therapist (e.g., LICSW, LMHC, LMFT, Psychologist) Strong clinical skills and ability to work independently Experience with evidence-based treatment modalities For Child Therapist role: experience working with children and families Excellent interpersonal and communication skills Values collaboration, growth, and maintaining a healthy work-life balance What We Offer Supportive, collegial team environment in a multidisciplinary practice Flexibility and autonomy in your schedule and clinical work Steady referrals from a well-established network Administrative support so you can focus on clinical care A practice culture that genuinely prioritizes clinician wellbeing
Pay:
$80.00 - $85.00 per hour
