We are seeking a trauma informed/trained and compassionate Psychotherapist to join our team. We can help with credentialing! As a Psychotherapist, you will provide counseling and support to individuals with various mental health conditions. Your role will involve conducting assessments, developing treatment plans, and implementing therapeutic interventions to help clients improve their overall well-being.Duties:
- Conduct comprehensive assessments to evaluate clients' mental health needs
- Develop individualized treatment plans based on clients' goals and needs
- Provide individual and couples
- Utilize evidence-based therapeutic techniques to address clients' mental health concerns
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to coordinate care and ensure holistic treatment
- Monitor clients' progress and make adjustments to treatment plans as necessary
- Provide crisis intervention services when needed
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records and documentation
- Stay informed about current research, best practices, and trends in mental health therapy
Experience:
To be successful in this role, you should have:- Experience working with individuals
- Proficiency in various psychotherapy modalities
- Expertise in providing PTSD care and trauma-informed therapy
- Familiarity with gender issues counseling and LGBTQ+ affirmative therapy
Qualifications:
- Master's degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or related field
- Current state licensure or certification as a Mental Health Therapist (CSW, AMFT, ACMHC)
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to establish rapport with diverse populations
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
