The Lotus Center for Healing and Wellness is seeking an enthusiastic, compassionate, and independently licensed Mental Health Therapist to join our established multidisciplinary outpatient practice in Salt Lake City. • Required Applicants must meet ALL of the following qualifications: Active, unrestricted Utah clinical license as an LCSW, CMHC, LMFT, or licensed psychologist.

Minimum of one year of professional experience providing psychotherapy in an outpatient mental health setting . Availability to maintain a clinical caseload of at least 24 client hours per week. Willingness to provide both in-person services at our Salt Lake City office and telehealth appointments. Competency in clinical assessment, diagnosis, treatment planning, and evidence-based psychotherapy. Strong clinical documentation skills, ethical judgment, and professional accountability. Ability to work independently while actively participating in a collaborative, multidisciplinary team. This position is intended for independently licensed clinicians. Associate-level or provisionally licensed therapists, student interns, and applicants without the required outpatient experience will not be considered. What Makes The Lotus Center Different? Position Responsibilities Provide individual outpatient psychotherapy through a combination of in-person and telehealth appointments. Complete comprehensive clinical assessments, individualized treatment plans, and timely progress documentation. Maintain ethical, evidence-based, patient-centered clinical practices. Collaborate with psychiatric providers, therapists, and other multidisciplinary team members. Participate in required clinical team meetings and professional development. Maintain professional accountability and effective communication. Contribute positively to a respectful, supportive, and collaborative workplace culture.

Compensation, Scheduling & Benefits Competitive Hourly Compensation:

$50

• 60 per hour , based on experience and qualifications. Therapists receive hourly compensation for completed clinical sessions and required team meetings. We recognize that work-life balance and flexibility are important. We offer two full-time employment options based on clinical caseload preferences. Option 1: Full-Time
