Job Description

Job Summary We are seeking a compassionate and detail-oriented Treatment Coordinator to join our team! The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in therapy and is committed to providing high-quality care to individuals facing various challenges. This role involves working with clients to develop personalized treatment plans, implementing therapeutic interventions, and fostering a supportive environment for healing and growth. Residential Treatment Center foster home for an all girls facility ages 5 - 17 years of age 8 bed facility Duties Conduct assessments to identify client needs and develop appropriate treatment plans. Utilize techniques in applied behavior analysis and behavioral therapy to address client issues. Provide crisis intervention and management strategies for clients experiencing acute distress. Offer counseling services that address anxiety, depression, trauma, and other mental health concerns. Collaborate with team to ensure comprehensive care for clients. Engage in behavior management strategies to promote positive behavioral changes. Facilitate family counseling services as needed to support clients in their natural environments. Maintain accurate documentation of client progress and treatment outcomes. Stay informed about best practices and participate in ongoing professional development. Qualifications Master's degree in Psychology, Social Work, Counseling, or a related field. Valid licensure or certification as required by state regulations. Registered Play Therapist, LPC, and/or LCSW. Experience working in a private practice setting. Proficiency in crisis management techniques and behavioral health interventions. Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with diverse populations. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. Commitment to ethical practice and maintaining client confidentiality. Ability to work collaboratively within a team-oriented environment.
