About the RoleAs a Behavior Therapist, you'll work one-on-one with children in their homes and communities to bring behavior support plans to life. Under the guidance of a Behavior Analyst and Lead Therapist, youll implement individualized programs, collect and manage data, and support progress toward goals. Your impact will be hands-on, meaningful, and deeply appreciated by the families you support.

What Youll DoDeliver individualized behavior support services at home and in the communityFollow treatment plans and instructional strategies created by the clinical teamCollect and manage behavioral datayes, we love a good graph!
