Job Description
Community Service Professional (Contract) Location Hilton Head, SC Position Summary Wright Directions Family Services is seeking a Bachelor's Level Direct Care Staff professional to provide community-based behavioral health services to children, adolescents, and families. This role focuses on behavioral intervention, skill development, crisis support, and family engagement in home, school, and community settings. The ideal candidate is passionate about helping at-risk youth achieve positive outcomes and improve daily functioning. Key Responsibilities Provide direct behavioral support services to children and adolescents with behavioral and emotional challenges. Implement behavior modification interventions in home, school, and community-based environments. Deliver family support services and assist caregivers in developing effective coping and behavior management strategies. Support clients in developing independent living, social, communication, and problem-solving skills. Maintain timely and accurate documentation of services provided. Collaborate with families, schools, providers, and other members of the treatment team. Participate in crisis intervention services when needed. Promote client safety, well-being, and progress toward treatment goals. Qualifications & Requirements Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Social Work, Counseling, Human Services, Sociology, or a related behavioral science field. Experience working with children, adolescents, or families preferred. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and auto insurance. Ability to provide services in home, school, and community settings. Ability to pass required background screenings. Availability to work flexible hours based on client needs. Through community-based, school-based, and outpatient programs, we empower individuals and families with the support, skills, and resources needed to achieve recovery, resilience, and a brighter future. Compensation $18.00 - $20.00 per hour for Face-to-Face Behavioral Support Services. $23.00 - $25.00 per hour for Crisis Management Services.
