Position Description:
Are you passionate about helping individuals on their journey to healing and growth? We're seeking a Clinical Therapist to provide compassionate, evidence-based treatment and case management services. In this role, you'll work with individuals and groups, create personalized treatment plans, and collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to support the best possible outcomes for those we serve. What You'll Do Deliver therapeutic services to individuals and groups in alignment with established standards. Develop and update individualized treatment plans using assessment information. Document progress and services in compliance with timelines and quality requirements. Provide consultation and training to treatment team members. Participate in treatment team meetings and care planning. Administer assessments within your licensure and training scope. Demonstrate cultural and age-specific competency in all aspects of treatment. What We're Looking For Education Master's degree in psychology, social work, counseling, or related human services field (required). Doctoral degree in psychology, social work, counseling, or related human services field (preferred). Experience Prior clinical experience working with the population served (required). Licenses/Certifications Licensed or license-eligible in the state of practice (if required by site/contract). Why Join Us?
