Position:

We are seeking a Primary Therapist who loves children to join our team. We offer a relocation reimbursement. The Primary Therapist will provide individual, family, and group therapy to students and their families. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of adolescent development, trauma-informed care, and family systems theory.

Pay Scale:

$57,800

•$84,120 plus potential bonuses

Responsibilities:

Provide individual, family, and group therapy to students and their families Develop and implement treatment plans Conduct assessments and evaluations Collaborate with other members of the treatment team Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation Participate in weekly clinical team meetings Provide crisis intervention as needed Facilitate psychoeducational groups

Qualifications:

Master's degree in counseling, social work, or a related field Licensure as a professional counselor, social worker, or marriage and family therapist in South Carolina Experience working with adolescents and families Knowledge of trauma-informed care and family systems theory Strong clinical skills Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment What we offer: Competitive salary with potential bonuses and relocation reimbursement Comprehensive benefits package including 3 weeks of PTO!
