< Back Child and Family Therapist - TGKP Apply Now Mission, SD 57555, USA Job Type Full Time/Part Time Workspace On Site About the Role This position is based at TGKP Children Mental Health Centre and will provide individual, family and may assist with group Equine therapy for SOC Expansion population of children and families, in addition to direct services. Child and Family Therapist reports to TGKP Director. Requirements The Child and Family Therapist manages a caseload of children and their families under the SOC Expansion utilizing the Tiwahe Glu Kini Pi Lakota Mental Health Wraparound Model for treatment, integrating traditional ceremony and cultural practices, may assist with equine therapy and will provide western therapy and rehabilitation counseling as needed. Provides assessment, diagnosis, individual plan for care and treatment, therapy, referrals for services, aftercare, and evaluation for eligible children. Maintains at a minimum, weekly face to face and/or tele-health contact and up to date confidential case documentation (EHR). Also bills for reimbursement of services if licensed.
