Responsibilities Conduct comprehensive biopsychosocial assessments and diagnostic evaluations Develop individualized treatment plans based on patient needs and goals Provide evidence-based psychotherapy services Facilitate individual, family, couples, and group therapy sessions as appropriate Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as clinically indicated Complete timely and accurate clinical documentation Coordinate care with psychiatric providers, primary care providers, schools, and community resources when appropriate Maintain compliance with ethical, legal, and regulatory standards Participate in clinical consultation and treatment team meetings Contribute to a positive, patient-centered clinical environment Qualifications Active, unrestricted licensure as an LCSW, LAC, CAC, LPC, LMFT, LMHC, or equivalent state-recognized mental health license Master's degree or higher in Counseling, Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Psychology, or a related behavioral health field Strong clinical assessment, treatment planning, and documentation skills Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities Commitment to providing compassionate, evidence-based care Preferred Experience in outpatient behavioral health Experience treating children, adolescents, and adults Group therapy or Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP) experience for substance use Substance use treatment experience Familiarity with electronic health record systems Bilingual candidates encouraged to apply
