Job Description

Provive Wellness of Brentwood is seeking a part-time Group Facilitator to support our Partial Hospitalization Program (PHP) and Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP). This role is ideal for a licensed or license-eligible clinician who enjoys running therapeutic groups and wants flexible, part-time hours in a collaborative treatment setting.
Responsibilities:
Facilitate process, psychoeducational, and skills-based groups within our PHP and IOP tracks. Create a safe, structured, and supportive group environment for clients working through mental health and/or substance use challenges. Document group participation and clinical progress in accordance with program and regulatory standards. Collaborate with the multidisciplinary treatment team (therapists, case managers, psychiatric providers) to coordinate client care. Maintain compliance with all clinical, ethical, and confidentiality standards (HIPAA).
Preferred:
Willingness to carry a small caseload and provide individual sessions to clients in addition to group facilitation.
Qualifications:
Master's degree in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or related field. Active or associate license in Tennessee (e.g., LPC/LPC-MHSP, LMSW/LCSW, LMFT) preferred. Experience facilitating groups in a PHP, IOP, or similar behavioral health setting preferred. Strong group management and communication skills. Comfortable working with clients experiencing mental health and/or co-occurring substance use disorders.
Schedule:
Part-time; days/hours to be discussed based on program group schedule.
