05-26-2026 About the Role The Behavioral Health School Based Therapist provides therapeutic services to clients and families, delivering approved interventions designed to support positive change, improve functioning, and address identified treatment needs. This role includes case coordination, resource linkage, and collaboration with families, state agencies, court personnel, and other support systems to ensure comprehensive care. Responsibilities Provide individual and family therapy using approved therapeutic interventions Conduct assessments and contribute to the development and implementation of treatment plans Support identified treatment goals and behavioral health outcomes Coordinate care and assist with linkage to community resources and services Collaborate with families, state agencies, court personnel, and other involved parties Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation Participate in supervision, training, and team collaboration Effectively manage caseload and scheduling of sessions Provide school-based behavioral health services in community settings Support positive client engagement and treatment participation Required Qualifications Master's degree from an accredited college or university in a discipline that qualifies for mental health licensure in Tennessee Strong verbal and written communication skills Ability to work effectively with diverse client populations Ability to meet background check requirements Willingness and ability to travel approximately 25% of the timeCompensation & Benefits Full-time Employees:
