Licensed Mental Health Therapist (Children & Adolescents)

•in person Conroe, TX• We are a close-knit, collaborative group practice looking for a fully licensed therapist who is passionate about working with children and adolescents. What You'll Do:

Provide individual therapy to children, adolescents, and teens Utilize play therapy techniques and developmentally appropriate interventions Collaborate with caregivers as part of the therapeutic process Maintain timely and accurate documentation Participate in team consultation and case support

What We're Looking For:

Fully licensed therapist (LCSW, LPC, or LMFT) in Texas Training and/or strong experience in play therapy Experience working with children and teens across a range of concerns (anxiety, trauma, behavioral challenges, etc.) Warm, engaging, and able to build rapport with both kids and parents Values collaboration, growth, and being part of a team
