Full Job Description Schedule:
Includes weekend availability About Us At Meadows Psychotherapy & Assessment, we provide compassionate, evidence-based mental health services for individuals and families. Our team values collaboration, professional growth, and creating a supportive environment for both clients and clinicians. Job Summary We are seeking a Licensed Mental Health Clinician to join our growing team! The ideal candidate will have experience working with both children and adults and a passion for helping clients achieve emotional wellness through individualized therapy.
Responsibilities:
Provide psychotherapy to children, adolescents, and adults Create and implement treatment plans based on client needs Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation Collaborate with colleagues to ensure high-quality care Participate in team meetings and clinical consultations Offer availability for weekend sessions
Qualifications:
Active Texas license: LPC, LMFT, LCSW, LPC-A, LMSW or equivalent Experience working with children and families (preferred) Excellent clinical judgment, communication, and documentation skills Strong professionalism and ethical standards Ability to work independently and as part of a team
