The ideal candidate will provide individual and couples therapy, utilizing an evidence based approach. Responsibilities Conduct comprehensive assessments to determine clients' mental health needs. Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on evidence-based practices. Provide psychotherapy services to individuals, couples, families, and groups. Document client progress and maintain accurate, timely, and compliant clinical records. Collaborate with psychiatrists, primary care providers, and other team members to coordinate care. Utilize a variety of therapeutic approaches, including CBT, DBT, SFT, and trauma-informed methods. Participate in regular supervision, team meetings, and professional development activities. Provide crisis intervention and de-escalation when needed. Maintain professional boundaries and adhere to ethical standards.
