Position Overview:
We are looking for a licensed mental health counselor who is passionate about working with adults and children in a vibrant and supportive setting. The ideal therapist would be RPT certified and be versatile in modalities.
Core Responsibilities:
Provide individual, group, and family therapy sessions tailored to client needs. Conduct assessments, develop treatment plans, and document progress notes in our electronic health record system. Participate in case consultations and collaborate with other therapists to enhance client care. Maintain client confidentiality and comply with HIPAA regulations. Engage in ongoing professional development and stay updated with best practices in the field.
Day-to-Day Activities:
Conduct therapy sessions with clients (children) mostly in-person. Coordinate with the scheduling team to manage appointments and ensure timely client follow-up. Attend weekly case consultation groups to discuss complex cases and share insights. Collaborate with administrative staff to ensure seamless billing and client services. Engage with clients to assess progress and make necessary adjustments to treatment plans.
