The Andrews Center is seeking a compassionate and motivated Therapist to join our team. In this role, you'll walk alongside adults and adolescents living with mental health and substance use challenges, identifying goals for growth and development, and helping them move towards those goals! !! What You'll Do Work one-on-one and in groups, providing psychotherapy and psychoeducation services to support recovery and life goals Screen prospective clients seeking services, determining eligibility for services Complete intake assessments, gathering psychosocial histories and determining/rendering diagnoses Collaborate with a network of service providers Assist clients in identifying their goals for a better life, and create individualized treatment plans geared towards those goals Provide a cognitive-behavioral-based framework for treatment, while maintaining a person-first perspective about the clients served !! What You Bring Master's degree in a Behavioral Science field (required). Transcript must accompany application Two (2)+ years of post-degree experience in professional mental health services, including working with serious mental illnesses Appropriate state licenses required (LPC, LMFT, LCSW, etc.) Strong communication, organization, and documentation skills A passion for helping others and serving your community !!
