Job Description

About Us:
Sunstone Healing offers outpatient mental health care to LGBTQIA+ and neurodivergent adults and teenagers who are navigating trauma, grief, life-transitions, burnout, anxiety, and depression using evidence based modalities including Internal Family Systems (IFS), and Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR). We are a LGBTQIA+ affirming and trauma informed clinic dedicated to providing a safe and supportive space for clients to explore, heal, and grow. We offer the same supportive space for therapists to land, with regular supervision, mentorship, and opportunities for collaboration. Our team is growing and we're looking for provisionally or fully licensed therapists, provisionally licensed clinicians ready to build a full-time caseload (20+ hours/week) working with individuals, families, and/or groups.
Responsibilities:
Provide therapy to clients with a focus on trauma-informed, client-centered care Participate in individual and/or group supervision, receiving ongoing mentorship Maintain thorough and accurate documentation

Qualifications:
Fully or Provisionally licensed therapist (CSW, ACMHC, or equivalent) Interest and experience in working with trauma, and diverse and vulnerable populations Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to build rapport with clients from diverse backgrounds. Committed to ethical, compassionate care and ongoing professional development. Self directed with the ability to work independently and collaboratively.
