Licensed Therapist - Mental Health (English/Spanish Bilingual) Trauma Recovery Clinic North Salt Lake, UT Job Details Contract $60 an hour 11 hours ago Benefits Flexible schedule Qualifications Spanish Teamwork Caseload management Licensed Clinical Social Worker Individual therapy English Telehealth experience Telehealth therapy Social Work Full Job Description Position Overview We are seeking a fully licensed mental health therapist to provide psychotherapy services to clients located in Utah. This role offers the flexibility to set your own schedule with available training and supervision if needed. Administrative and referral support will also be provided. Consultation and clinical support will be provided by a Licensed Clinical Psychologist to support quality care and professional growth. Clients often have experienced recent trauma such as car accidents or dog bites. Priority will be given to Spanish speaking clinicians. Qualifications Master's degree in counseling, psychology, social work, or a related field Active, unrestricted Utah independent mental health license (LCSW, LMHC, or LMFT) Experience or comfort providing therapy in person and via telehealth (office provided if needed) Ability to work independently and manage a flexible caseload Fluent in English and Spanish Responsibilities Provide individual therapy sessions in person and via secure telehealth platform using CBT, CPT, and other empirically validated treatment Maintain timely and compliant clinical documentation Deliver ethical, evidence-based care to diverse client populations Communicate with support staff as needed regarding scheduling or care coordination Benefits Flexible schedule Work with diverse population who have experienced recent trauma Administrative support Clinical consultation support provided by a clinical psychologist Compensation Competitive per-session rate Enough clients to fill caseload as much as desired 1099 independent contractor status Ideal Candidate A clinically strong, ethical, and self-motivated Utah-licensed therapist who is committed to delivering high-quality, evidence-based care and values collaboration and consultation.
