Mental Health Therapist (Child, Teen, Adult, and/or Couples) Mountain View Family Therapy Riverton, Utah (•New Location in Draper!) Mountain View Family Therapy is an established group practice providing individual therapy, couples counseling, and medication management, with an exciting expansion into our new Draper, Utah location. We have a proven track record of helping clinicians build caseloads quickly while creating an environment where therapists can thrive. This summer, we're expanding our services to include Transcranial Magnetic Stimulation (TMS) and Spravato® treatment for treatment-resistant depression—bringing even more comprehensive care options to our community. We're seeking passionate therapists and counselors who enjoy working with children, teens, adults, and couples and who value flexibility, collaboration, and strong clinical support. & more Beautiful office space designed with client and clinician comfort in mind Responsibilities Provide individual therapy sessions Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation Participate in supervision and monthly case consultation Collaborate with a supportive, team-oriented group of clinicians Optionally participate in program development and community outreach Qualifications Master's or Doctorate in Social Work, Counseling, or Marriage & Family Therapy Active Utah license: CSW, LCSW, LMFT, AMFT, CMHC, ACMHC, or LPC Willing to hold 25+ sessions/week (if full-time desired) or 10+/week for part-time Strong organizational and communication skills Must be reliable, professional, and compassionate Experience with children and teens preferred Bilingual candidates encouraged to apply Insurance paneling and prior private practice experience a plus Schedule Monday to Friday (flexible) Saturdays also available Provide at least 1-2 days per week with afternoon/evening availability as that is a high need for our clients Full-time or part-time available Compensation $42-$55/hour Paid bi-weekly (W-2 employee status)
