Role Description The Program Therapist is a full-time, on-site position based in Riverton, UT, responsible for providing individual and group therapy to youth and families. This role includes conducting clinical assessments, developing and updating treatment plans, and delivering evidence-based interventions such as EMDR, DBT, and CBT in coordination with program goals. The Program Therapist will collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, participate in case consultations, and maintain clear, timely documentation in accordance with regulatory and ethical standards. Daily responsibilities also include communicating with caregivers, coordinating care with external providers when appropriate, and contributing to program development and quality improvement initiatives. The role requires consistent engagement in professional development, adherence to agency policies, and support of a safe, inclusive therapeutic environment. Qualifications Ability to deliver evidence-based clinical services, including EMDR, DBT, CBT, and other relevant therapeutic modalities. Skills in clinical assessment, treatment planning, and ongoing evaluation of youth and family needs. Strong interpersonal, communication, and rapport-building skills with youth, families, and interdisciplinary team members. Competence in maintaining accurate clinical documentation, managing caseloads, and following ethical and regulatory guidelines. Master's degree or higher in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or related field; active or eligible licensure (e.g., LCSW, LMFT, CMHC) in Utah. Experience working with children, adolescents, and families in outpatient or community mental health settings. Commitment to trauma-informed care, cultural humility, and non-discriminatory, inclusive practices. Ability to work on-site full time in Riverton, UT, with flexibility to meet program scheduling needs.
