  • Full-time We are seeking a licensed Therapist for a Full-Time position at Eagle Ranch Academy.
Excellent career opportunity for a licensed therapist working with a nationally recognized Residential Treatment Center in St. George, UT. We support your career growth through opportunities to be guest presenters at regional and national mental health conferences, providing you with a therapeutic team of supportive individuals, and providing a comprehensive and innovative program to help students and their families. We offer a competitive salary depending on experience. A monthly cell phone stipend and an annual stipend for continuing education (CEU) to maintain a license is included as well.
Job Responsibilities Include:
  • Facilitate Eagle Ranch Academy's Choice Based program using Core Value Behavioral Change Model, which is a unique approach in the residential treatment teen industry.
  • Develop individualized treatment plans, including behavioral goals, interventions, etc.
  • Conduct weekly individual, family, and group sessions.
  • Conduct an initial interview with new students.
  • Complete an assessment and develop a therapeutic strategy.
  • Participate in treatment team meetings, i n-service training.
  • Evaluate and suggest possible mainstream changes for students.
  • Communicate with parents, guardians, staff members, and other necessary people concerning the progress and program of the student. Requirement(s):
  • Applicants must have a current license or be able to become licensed in the State of Utah as an LCSW, LMFT, or ACMHC, with two years of experience working with high-conflict families.
  • Experience working in Residential Treatment facilities preferred.
  • Must be able to pass a drug test and background screening.

We are licensed by the State of Utah Office of Licensing and nationally accredited by Commission on Accreditation of Rehabilitation Facilities, CARF. You will be working with a great team of professionals dedicated to making a positive difference in the lives of teens and their families.
