- Full-time We are seeking a licensed Therapist for a Full-Time position at Eagle Ranch Academy.
Job Responsibilities Include:
- Facilitate Eagle Ranch Academy's Choice Based program using Core Value Behavioral Change Model, which is a unique approach in the residential treatment teen industry.
- Develop individualized treatment plans, including behavioral goals, interventions, etc.
- Conduct weekly individual, family, and group sessions.
- Conduct an initial interview with new students.
- Complete an assessment and develop a therapeutic strategy.
- Participate in treatment team meetings, i n-service training.
- Evaluate and suggest possible mainstream changes for students.
- Communicate with parents, guardians, staff members, and other necessary people concerning the progress and program of the student. Requirement(s):
- Applicants must have a current license or be able to become licensed in the State of Utah as an LCSW, LMFT, or ACMHC, with two years of experience working with high-conflict families.
- Experience working in Residential Treatment facilities preferred.
- Must be able to pass a drug test and background screening.
