Friday Position Summary:
We're seeking a licensed Therapist to join a residential treatment team in Saint George, Utah. This role provides therapeutic support to adolescents ages 12-17 and their families through individual, family, and group counseling. The Therapist will develop treatment plans, facilitate behavioral change programs, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to support student growth and recovery.
Responsibilities:
Facilitate therapeutic programming using the Core Value Behavioral Change Model. Conduct individual, family, and group therapy sessions. Develop individualized treatment plans and behavioral goals. Complete assessments and create therapeutic strategies Participate in treatment team meetings and staff trainings. Communicate student progress with families, guardians, and care teams. Evaluate student progress and recommend program adjustments. Support students and families through evidence-based interventions
Qualifications:
Current Utah license or eligibility for licensure as: Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) Licensed Marriage & Family Therapist (LMFT) Associate Clinical Mental Health Counselor (ACMHC) Minimum 2 years of experience working with high-conflict families Residential Treatment Center experience preferred Strong communication and clinical skills Ability to pass background screening and drug testing
