Is familiar with evidence based modalities for treating common Mental Health Disorders Open to learning and always seeks to improve. Able to work independently Willing to connect and network/collaborate with local medical and mental health providers as well as our in office holistic and preventative health providers. Loves a challenge and is looking for professional growth. Wants to grow with our company and help build and contribute to the community. Has a Masters Degree or higher and is fully licensed to work in the state of Utah. (LCSW, CHMC, LMFT, LAMFT etc.) We are currently looking for a therapist to grow to a full caseload, but are open to discussint part time work as well. There is room for growth in our company and we encourage collaborative care.
