We are seeking a compassionate and motivated Mental Health Therapist to join our outpatient clinic in South Jordan. This position provides flexible, part-time clinical hours (15-30 direct client hours per week) and offers the opportunity to work with a diverse client population in a supportive, collaborative environment.Key Responsibilities:
Provide individual (and potentially family or group) therapy to clients in an outpatient setting Conduct comprehensive assessments, develop treatment plans, and maintain accurate clinical documentation Monitor client progress and adjust treatment approaches as needed Maintain compliance with ethical standards, confidentiality laws, and clinic policies Collaborate with other providers and referral sources as appropriate Participate in team meetings, supervision, and ongoing professional developmentQualifications:
Active licensure in Utah as one of the following (or equivalent): Certified Social Worker (CSW) Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) Associate Clinical Mental Health Counselor (ACMHC) Clinical Mental Health Counselor (CMHC) Master's degree in Social Work, Counseling, or a related mental health field Strong clinical assessment and therapeutic skills Ability to work independently and manage a flexible caseload Excellent communication and interpersonal skillsPreferred Qualifications:
Experience working in an outpatient mental health setting Ability to work with diverse populations, including children, adolescents, and/or adults, adoption, and LGBTQ youtSchedule & Compensation:
Flexible scheduling based on clinician availability 15-30 direct client hours per week Compensation structure: competitive pay based on experience.
