Thrive Recovery is seeking a licensed therapist to provide individual and group therapy services for adult men in a residential substance use and co-occurring mental health treatment program. If you want deeply rewarding clinical work that fits alongside the private practice you're building, we built this role with someone like you in mind. Why Thrive We're a licensed men's residential treatment center built on compassionate, evidence-based care and a simple belief: the past is the past, and any man willing to do the work can build a future he's proud of. We work hard to keep this a safe, structured, and genuinely supportive environment for our clients and for the clinicians who serve them. The model built for independent therapists This is a part-time role, and that's by design. Most of our therapists carry a manageable caseload at Thrive one business day per week and spend the rest of their time building and running their own private practices. You get the steady, rewarding work of residential treatment without it swallowing your calendar without giving up the autonomy that allows you to work with your clients. You'll work with men who have decided they're done losing to addiction. You'll see the part of recovery most clinicians often don't get to witness up close: the structure, the daily work, the moment a guy starts to believe he gets a second chance at his life. That's the work here. What you'd be doing Running individual, group, and family (case by case basis) therapy for men in residential treatment Completing clinical assessments and intakes as needed Building and updating individualized treatment plans Keeping clean, timely documentation in our EHR Collaborating with a tight multidisciplinary team that actually talks to each other Roughly 8-12 hours per week on-site in South Jordan. You'll run two scheduled groups on your program day and carry a small individual caseload of two to three clients.
