Full-time Responsibilities Provide individual, family, and/or group therapy services to patients. Conduct comprehensive mental health assessments and develop individualized treatment plans. Maintain accurate, timely, and confidential clinical documentation. Collaborate with physicians, case managers, and other healthcare professionals as part of an integrated care team. Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as appropriate. Provide crisis intervention and appropriate referrals when needed. Maintain compliance with all applicable professional, state, and federal regulations. Participate in team meetings and contribute to a positive, supportive clinical environment. Qualifications Current, unrestricted Utah clinical license appropriate for providing independent therapy services. Master's or doctoral degree in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, Marriage and Family Therapy, or a related behavioral health field. Experience providing mental health counseling/therapy preferred. Strong communication, assessment, documentation, and interpersonal skills. Ability to work effectively with patients from diverse backgrounds.
