THERAPIST, CSW or LCSW West Jordan, Utah Job Description River Oak Counseling is an out-patient mental health private practice. Seeking a skilled CSW or LCSW therapist to provide individual therapy and/or couple therapy to clients. Responsibilities The successful candidate will be skilled in providing therapy for various mental health issues, using a variety of evidenced-based therapeutic modalities, with adults, teenagers, and children. Responsibilities include providing therapy to individuals and couples; writing and following treatment plans; writing weekly case notes; facilitating and tracking client progress. Qualifications Master's degree from an accredited university. Licensed CSW or LCSW therapist in the state of Utah. Additional Information River Oak Counseling offers CSW supervision toward full licensure, a supportive environment, and a flexible schedule. Both full-time and part-time applicants will be considered. Applicants must be available to work in the office. A minimum of 15 sessions per week required.
