We also recognize the complex and often overlooked relationship between substance use and domestic violence. Addressing interpersonal trauma is a critical component of effective treatment, and our team is specially trained to assess and treat these co-occurring challenges within a client-centered, trauma-informed environment tailored to individual needs. Position Overview We are seeking a therapist to join our growing, collaborative team. This role is ideal for professionals who are passionate about mental health care, bring strong clinical skills, and are committed to making a meaningful difference in the lives of others. We welcome candidates who are working toward full licensure and offer high-quality clinical supervision within a supportive and team-oriented setting. Key Responsibilities Conduct comprehensive psychosocial and ASAM assessments to identify client needs Develop and implement individualized treatment plans Provide evidence-based therapy to individuals, families, and groups Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure well-rounded care Participate in case consultations and treatment planning meetings Maintain accurate, timely clinical documentation in accordance with organizational standards Monitor client progress and adjust treatment plans as appropriate Provide crisis intervention services when needed Stay current with best practices and emerging trends in mental health care Qualifications Master's degree in a mental health-related field from an accredited program Current, unrestricted licensure in the state of Utah Experience in outpatient, community-based mental health, substance use treatment, and/or domestic violence services preferred Strong assessment, diagnostic, and clinical skills Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities Ability to work effectively in a collaborative, team-based environment Familiarity with electronic health record (EHR) systems, Simple Practice a plus MRT and/or DV certification preferred, but not required Benefits Competitive salary (DOE) Health, dental, and vision insurance for full-time employees 11 paid holidays and 15 days of PTO annually (full-time) Opportunities for professional growth and development Supportive, inclusive, and collaborative workplace culture Equal Opportunity Employer Sol Recovery Community, Inc. is an equal opportunity employer.
