The Outpatient Therapist plays a vital role in our mission to deliver coordinated, individualized care to our communities. As an Outpatient Therapist , you will provide:
Psychotherapy Services:
Deliver evidence-based therapeutic interventions to individuals and/or families to address behavioral health concerns, enhance emotional functioning, and support progress toward treatment goals.
Clinical Assessment & Treatment Planning:
Conduct comprehensive assessments, establish diagnoses when appropriate, and collaborate with clients to develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
Therapeutic Interventions:
Utilize clinically appropriate modalities (e.g., CBT, DBT-informed, trauma-informed approaches) to reduce symptoms, improve coping skills, and promote overall wellbeing. Compensation This role is compensated on a variable rate model, designed to reward productivity while providing consistent earning opportunity through established referral volume.
Compensation:
$57,235 - $73,495 This is a variable rate non-exempt position with unlimited earning potential. Your effort drives your earnings, no limits. Conduct assessments and create treatment plans tailored to each client's unique needs and goals. Support clients through challenges with crisis intervention, case management, and coordinated care services. Responsibilities Provide individual and family therapy using evidence-based treatment approaches. Conduct clinical assessments and evaluations to identify client needs and establish appropriate diagnoses. Develop and maintain individualized treatment plans that support client goals and progress. Collaborate with clients, families, and care teams to coordinate services, provide crisis support, and ensure quality care.
Qualifications Licensure :
Must be licensed in Virginia (e.g., LPC, LCSW, LMFT).
Education :
Master's degree in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or a related field.
Skills :
Strong organizational and communication skills. Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team.
