We pride ourselves on maintaining a supportive, professional, and team-oriented environment focused on growth and compassionate care. Job Description We are currently seeking a motivated and compassionate Therapist to join our outpatient team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing therapy services, maintaining documentation, and supporting clients in achieving their treatment goals. Responsibilities Provide outpatient therapy services to children, adolescents, and adults Complete assessments, treatment plans, progress notes, and discharge summaries in a timely manner Maintain an active caseload and scheduling availability Collaborate with families, schools, community providers, and treatment teams Maintain confidentiality and compliance with agency policies and Medicaid standards Participate in supervision and team meetings as required Qualifications LPC, LCSW, Resident in Counseling, Supervisee in Social Work, or related mental health licensure/eligibility preferred Experience providing mental health services preferred Strong communication and organizational skills Ability to work independently and within a team environment Knowledge of electronic documentation systems preferred Benefits Flexible scheduling Hybrid/telehealth opportunities available Supportive work environment Growth and advancement opportunities Administrative support Schedule Wednesday to Friday Flexible hours Work Location Newport News, VA To Apply Please submit your resume through Indeed.
