Youth Mental Health Therapist (WISe Program) Aberdeen, WA (Grays Harbor County Area) $68,000 - $87,360 (Salary range includes $10,000 Geographical Differential) Looking for meaningful work where you can truly change lives? What You'll Love About This Role $10,000 added to salary for geographical differential Medical, dental, vision — 100% paid premiums for you + dependents 25 days PTO in your first year + 11 paid holidays Retirement through Washington PERS (with employer contributions) Weekly clinical supervision + ongoing training support Tuition reimbursement & career growth opportunities Supportive, team-based environment (no burnout culture) About the Role As a Youth Mental Health Therapist , you'll provide individualized, family-centered care using the WISe (Wraparound with Intensive Services) model. You'll work closely with youth and families to build skills, overcome challenges, and create lasting change. What You'll Do Provide individual, family, and group therapy Develop assessments and personalized treatment plans Support youth with skill-building (social, emotional, behavioral) Track progress and adjust care plans as needed Collaborate with families, care teams, and community partners Complete clinical documentation and case management tasks What We're Looking For Master's degree in Counseling, Social Work, or related field 2+ years of experience working with individuals with mental health needs Ability to obtain WA Agency Affiliated Counselor license within 30 days Strong engagement skills with youth and families Valid driver's license + reliable transportation
Preferred:
Experience with WISe or wraparound services LMHC/A, LMFT/A, or LICSW/A Why CIHS?
